About Sam Singh

Sumaya “Sam” Singh, RDH, RDHAP, is a licensed dental hygienist who is key to the preventative dentistry philosophy at The Smile Artists in Culver City, California. Practicing for more than 10 years, she enjoys making her patients’ smiles bright and answering all of their dental hygiene questions.

In 2004, Sam graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She continued her education in Florida, where she earned an associate degree with honors in dental hygiene from Miami Dade College Medical Center in Miami in 2007.

Sam has accumulated a wide array of skills that allow her to utilize the latest technology and methods to provide the most effective care possible. She is passionate about her work and is a geek at heart for the dental hygiene career. Sam always uses well researched and proven methods to deliver her patients only the very best.

In 2011, she moved back to her home state to be closer to her family and worked with special needs children in a temporary position in Oxnard, California. This was a very humbling experience that only strengthened her character simply as a good human being. Sam genuinely shows empathy and wears a shield of ethics on her sleeve that is comforting and encouraging.

Patients find Sam fun, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in building relationships. She looks forward to meeting new patients and continues to value her relationships with her patients now.
